25 Years of Expertise in
PHCC was founded by Tekesha Smith a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Medication Opioids Treatment Specialist, who brings over 25 years of experience in behavioral health. She has worked with local and statewide mobile crisis response teams, psychiatric facilities, and law enforcement agencies to improve systems of care and strengthen community support.
Under her leadership, PHCC provides consulting, training, and clinical supervision designed to help organizations deliver more effective and compassionate behavioral health services. The team focuses on building stronger frameworks for care, supporting staff development, and improving outcomes through evidence-based strategies and culturally responsive practices.
